Our commitment to quality is backed by a no-hassle lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on most of our products.
Please read our warranty coverage information below, and if you feel your issue is covered, please complete the form below. We also offer hassle free returns for any products purchased directly from us at shotsweeper.com. Read on in the Warranty Claims and Product Returns sections below for more information.
ShotSweeper Lifetime Warranty Coverages
Damages during shipping: Shipping claims only pertain to www.shotsweeper.com customers. If you have received a damaged product, please keep the box and the packing contents, and contact us. If you use a damaged ShotSweeper after it has been shipped, we cannot replace it. ShotSweeper will send you a pre-paid shipping label for returning the damaged ShotSweeper in the original box. A replacement will be sent to you as soon as we receive the damaged ShotSweeper.
Lifetime Warranty does not include: Normal wear and tear that is not covered by the ShotSweeper warranty includes scratches or chipping. Further, we do not cover incorrect use of the ShotSweeper that results in damage to the product, such as a broken handle or dislodged or shattered magnet. Please see our FAQ page for more detail.
If you bought your ShotSweeper product directly from us at shotsweeper.com and have an issue covered under our Lifetime Warranty, we will happily replace the product for you or issue you a credit for the original purchase price of the product. If there is an issue with your product but you are not sure if it’s covered under our warranty, please still contact us directly so we can help. In either of these situations, please complete the warranty claim form below.
Non-warranty Product Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your order is found to be in this condition, you will be eligible for a full refund, not including shipping.

Brief Description of Why You No Longer Want the Product
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and is advised to use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance should your return not be successfully delivered to us. ShotSweeper is not responsible for packages lost in transit and cannot issue refunds without proof of tracking or insurance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
